I saw a ghost of a little girl praying at the end of my bed when I was about 10, saw it a few times aswell, I remember just waking up in the middle of the night for no reason and seeing her outline at the foot of my bed, I was so scared I couldnt shout for my mum and hid under the covers for what seemed like ages until I dare look back out to see if she was there, will never forget it

I went through a bit of waking up, being unable to move and seeing someone sitting on the chair in my bedroom.

I don't own a tinfoil hat though so I know it was just my brain playing tricks in a half wakened state and not actually a ghost sitting there.

I get similar experiences, tomnova. I keep seeing the log book for my old clio that i got rid of 2 years ago.

Shouldnt look at that stuff before bed always creeps me out
