A girl spoke to me in Welsh yesterday and I just looked at her with a blank "huh?" expression.

The spelling and grammar on this site are fine, especially when you consider the target users of a Corsa website.

In answer to the question, no I do not spend as much attention to my spelling when typing on a corsa forum as I do in the real world, if you do then your abit sad.

Annoying as fuck to read!

The same with people who use
random line breaks and make their
posts read like a mother fucking haiku

At a wedding I attended in November, I was sat chatting with the best man, who was Welsh. I never realized until that day, that Welsh was a language and not just a very muddy dialect...

No fucking wonder it's hard to understand.

Pisses me off. Not everyone will be right all of the time but you should be making an effort to be legible.

You wouldn't talk to someone and slur your words intentionally in order to shorten how long the sentence takes to speak

I'm in uni 5 days a week most of the year, where things like that matter. On a corsa forum I really don't care.
The only reason there's capitals and apostrophes in this post is because my iPhone does it automatically.

It's not easy to understand at the best of times, let alone if you didn't realise it was a language

Some interesting responses in here.

For those of you with the "it doesn't bother me" views on the subject, tell me something... Let's say you were in charge of hiring some new person at your company, and some of the CVs you received looked like they were written by a five year old.

Let's also say for argument's sake that part of the job you were hiring for required the person to communicate both with staff and customers in writing (be it emails or letters for example).

Would spelling and grammar still not bother you then?

Can I ask you to opine about people that can't speak proper English? A real pet peeve of mine. I just hate it when I hear people speak and they can't speak like a normal person.

When I'm looking at someones CV at work with a view to offering them an interview I would expect it to be perfect.

I'm not sure how this relates to making posts on a corsa forum though, it's completely different ball game.
