Colouring is a piece of piss, due to a fatter needle if I could trust tattooists, to go by that then i'd have that instead of a outline lol.

Unlike half the tattoos on here at least the lines look good and it seems like a decent tattooist

If youre like me with no fat between your skin and elbow bone you will feel the colouring worse.

the meaning behind the ghey flowers
quote:
In Japan the meaning of cherry blossom tattoos is something totally different. The Japanese believe that there is a connection between cherry blossoms and the admiration of life and shortness of existence and the sadness of those passed. This connection is because the blossoms only survive on trees for a short period before they fall off and wither away.
This link cherry blossoms and mortality is very symbolic in the Japanese culture and has been displayed in the traditional artworks there for hundreds of years together with more recent anime. With this meaning of cherry blossom tattoos it might change some minds about getting this tattoo design. But it might also give you a new perspective of how fragile life can be so you can live your life to the fullest with the brief time you have on this Earth. It will remind you that even if you hard in hard times that things will get better.
its a very traditional design

I retract the ghey comment. Pretty cool symbolism to have on you. Good talking point aswell when people ask about it!
Colours are you going for?

more red and orang on the phoenix, lighter colours to the ends of the fathers and on the head. im not adding any of the bright colours like purples and greens in the tail feathers because i think they can look a bit girly or like a peacock!
cherry blossoms will be pink yellow and white. i really like the design as it is and not sure if i want to sleeve it or not but i think ill decide on that when its coloured
