Nicotine isnt as toxic as the rest, its not even harmful!
Nicotine is however addictive, which combining with harmful cigs is where the problem lies!

Im stop smoking trained as part of my jobs and give out prescriptions for nicotine replacement therapy which people then go get from the chemist, if nicotine was harmful this process would be far harder than it is. Also if it was toxic they wouldnt give you it when you were preggerz!

Niquitin lozenges and go from smoking Taylor's to roll ups. You can roll a thin fag so you get get hardly anything from it but cures your craving. Over 2 to 3 weeks you'll find yourself having hardly any of either and quitting

roll ups are good to cut down. 10 of them a day has less shit in than 10 full fags, even more so if you use extra slim filters. it also becomes more of an effort to smoke.
