Entrapment only occurs if its the police doing it, and the subject is encouraged to do somethig they wouldn't have done otherwise. So if someone, even a police officer is acting as an innocent 15 year old girl and the old boy approaches her and makes all the advances unencouraged, it's not entrapment.
