I did two orders, one paid by paypal, and that got cancelled and refunded, with an email to say the washer was only free when it was bought with another pressure washer.

The other order, i've had no emails about, just logged in and it says "Picked" and "Despatched" lol

Will just have to wait and see i guess, depends how much of their warehouse system is automated, lol.
