Well they're some snide opinions you have then; either way, i'm still confused to why you seem to care whether Steve lives at home or not

Its just a little childish, still at home playing with RC toys etc, bad as 3CM.

You really shouldn't be reliant on your parents at 30 tbf

Who said he's reliant on his parents? I suspect Steve is paying his fair share, whilst also saving for a place.

Judging someone's situation based on knowing diddling squat is a bit

I live at home. I have my reasons. CS need not know those reasons.

And they all lived happily ever after.

The End.

People would rather struggle to get a house and get angry about it rather than chill out a fucking bit and wait until they are in a better position to do it.

The ironic thing is, the reason they are doing is quite clear by Gary comments "still living at home at 30"

Its all a status thing, and people will beat themsevles up financially just so they can appear to slot into the social time ladder, which is mainly defined by facebook may I add.

Eg, need a house by 25, a child by 30, married by 32 otherwise people will think im sad. Not giving a shit is definitely better, give it a try.

For staying put a bit longer I'll have a better first house than some of my mates who were desperate to be 'grown up'.

I don't have a mortgage, nor do i have facebook.

And the reason people do it is so they can go out and live their lives and fend for themselves. Its just the way of things.

dont agree with the mortgage = high horse at all but then that would be down to personal experience i suppose, and regarding the ill save and get a better house than some others that were desperate to grow up im some cases i agree but in others i had a mortgage at 21 but see the house as a investment as much as anything and upto now that plan is pretty much going well

I'm 30, got a nice house, a 2 year old and getting married next year. Do I win?

No at all, just confused to why you're worrying about someone else's life when you don't know them - it's a bit strange

I do agree with this.

Not sure if you lot are just trying to wind him
Up again, everybody's situation is different though. Why does it bother you? I don't give a fuck where he lives, or who with. This is a forum, not a property sharing application
