Barnes has done the whole mid life crisis realising he's an internet loser thing. He's just lost the weight though and not done the normally prerequisite get a gf and either rage quit/write a big post about how they are leaving and it's been good etc (to then sneak back 5 mins later).

im not going for the buff thing, absolutely no point. would make biking a lot harder lugging around the extra muscle weight i reckon.
