Tbh I'm always on the lower end. Of the scale, I can find it all a bit willy waving. It's how different families do Christmas... Mine has never been overboard! I've been lucky this year but I'd be lucky to get 150 spent on me by the whole family.

Brett i want to see what you bought your daughter... I think its great you buy so much and imagine its truely magical...

Pow - my mam and dad dont spend a great deal on me anymore, it matters to me more what thought went into each gift now

Fuck the people who say its showing off...

Clearly have no kids and dont understand how it feels (got a taste this year but next when she knows santa brings them - cant wait) or they are jelous that they cant afford to or be arsed to put that effort in

Yeah, my kid got spoilt. (2.5 years old) We didnt actually buy much ourselves, mainly from family and friends

Although not spoilt compared to the people on here apparently! Some crazy amounts. Fair play to you!

We have got a shot load for our nieces and nephew. 1yr 2yrs and 5yrs. Including a ball pit and Wendy house.
When I have kids they will be having a room full of presents. It's all about making your kids as happy as possible.

My boy got spoilt with lots of cars, garages and clothes. 21months old and it's the first Xmas we have had with him where he has half a clue of what's going on.

Having kids re-spark that magic at Xmas time. It also allows me a good excuse to play with cars and garages again!!!
