Desperate indeed sums up the performance. I did have to lol at the people saying united were back in the title race. Even these wins have been poor performances. No corners turned yet I'm afraid under Moyes.

Yes it actually wasn't this time though, his own fault for earning the name though. Thought it was personally a stone wall penno from lloris too.

Don't know where to start with united at the minute. Been reading people say fergie never left a good enough squad but David moyes had all summer to buy his own players what did we get? Fellaini that hasn't performed and now is out injured
Some of the players I really don't know why are still getting games, cleverley was poor today he hardly got the ball in the second half before he got taken off, I don't know why Valencia keeps getting put at RB also Valencia crossing is very poor he runs down the line then doesn't know what to do next he's too predictable. Evra keeps getting forward but isn't quick enough to get back
I like janauzj but i wish he would drop diving. We would be lost without Wayne Rooney they need to get him to sign a new deal before it gets any worse
David moyes better be busy looking at what players to buy but I don't really see anybody wanting to come to us. It's going to take time and a lot of money to rebuild this squad

I'm glad fellaini is out Tbh.
There is no shape going forward, valencia is forced to make those hopeful crosses due to the lack of shape, everyone is lined up flat against their defence. Not sure who is at fault really. Certainly not enough creativity in midfield, and the two goals were laughable accounts of defending as they were in the hull game yet Moyes said tonight he thought we defended very well.

I was at Old Trafford yesterday. Such a good day
I've been at all 4 of Sherwood's games in charge and it staggering the difference, playing to win the game rather than playing to counter the opposition.
As for United, Rooney was his usual hard-working self, other than that they were fairly blunt. A couple of interesting tactical battles United lost I thought were:
1- Vidic marking Soldado, Evans marking Adebayor. Personally, I'd consider Vidic my stronger centre half out of those two so would of had him on Adebayor who offers more ariel threat than Soldado.
2- Spurs set up with left midfielder Danny Rose at left back, and centre midfielder Christian Eriksen at left midfield, meaning we were weak on that side, yet United kept wanting to go down the left. Valencia could've had more impact on the game.
Not sure we're good enough to get top 4, and I'd be staggered if ManU get in there based on the couple of games I've seen them this season

Would you not be pissed off if he walked in and immediately started buying players without giving those he had a chance? He kept saying that but obviously nobody listened. He tried to give the current crop a fair chance but I'd hazard a guess of at least one signing in January.

What a dim view to have. That's one way of gaining your players trust.
