Got to admit you can always rely on arsenal fans to entertain when things start going wrong lol

That's fucking weak. I could win a cup with a billion to spend.

Where would City be without that money?

You'd still be a Liverpool fan.

Wenger had so many chances to win with minimal investment, look at the talent the cunt let slip through your fingers for piss all through his and the clubs stubbornness. Nasri, Fabregas, RVP etc, all are huge players that you lost for a massive amount less than the real worth as you let them run contracts down. Mostly because he refused to spend what the board said he had to spend, all because he wants to win with his vision. It looks like it's going to cost you again this season as well. He has money to spend and did not spend it in January despite knowing what you needed.

You seem to be more bothered about that than me.

Your club spent £1b. And with that investment have underachieved IMO. If AW spent £1b we'd win everything, every season.

Thats a bold claim He spent a fucking fortune on one player who has, all things considered, been a disappointment so far.
Do agree that City have underachieved though.

ozils stats are still very good. we cant expect everyone to have a first year likle cazorla, pires, bergkamp and henry were all distinctly average in their first years considering their reputatioons so fingers crossed!

Fuck off when you spend £40m+ on a player he should be ripping other opposition players new shitholes every single week. He has been woeful recently and it makes you wonder if this is why Madrid let him go.....

As a fan I don't see how you cannot be annoyed and angered by your manager's stubbornness allowing your best players to leave the club for far less then their true worth.

new team, new country, no pre-season, no winter break, played 95% of available mins, no ronaldo in front of him. STILL created the most opportunities of anyone in the prem this season and still has the 2nd highest number of assists (iirc, 1 or 2 behind rooney). struggled recently as Ramsay and Walcott were pivotal to his style of play

Mata has hardly made a good start for us although in part that's because he keeps getting put on the wing

No way Ozil can be called a flop, Arsenal would have had no title challenge whatsoever without him.

The minute he signed the entire squad was enhanced.

Yeah, it does help having someone half decent to actually pass to! Unlike Ozil

Price tag has everything to do with it.

RVP. Nasri on a longer contract would have been worth far more but arsenal always fall into the same old cycle.

precisely. ozil had a lot to do with ramsay uppign his game massively, the 2 of them (and then walcott when ramsey was out) linked up amazingly well, aprt of the reaosn ozil ahs been poorer recently. Ox needs to eb startinb every game now if ozil is as he helps him by making the right runs.

I had my doubts at the time we signed him but looking back £24m to win the Premier League was cheap for us

basically won you the title aye, and the guy wanted to leave and win the title whilst he was on his hot streak... fair enough, cant argue with that. but he was a disruptive prima donna with us as im sure he is for you lot now and he didnt want to re-sign sow e got good money for him, no-one can really argue with that from our point of view

I didn't call him a flop, but a disappointment isn't wrong. He started brightly but has fallen away badly. If he can't play well without Ramsey then thats a serious problem!
Btw, I know you type horribly at the best of times, but that is Fucking despicable
