It is if you are saying "you only need this amount of protein to get big"
Lets see how big you've gotten from eating your moderate amount of protein then...
Quote all the research you like, for your average, everyday bloke with normal human like genetics, it takes a substantial amount of protein daily to pack on decent size.
So can you please take your mis-informed waffle of zyzz speak else wear phaggot?
Zyzz always said, 'Don't be a hard kunt!! Be a sick KUNT!!!

I'm 5,6 and 201lbs 10% so that why I eat so much if I don't I don't gain I just lose or maintain. It's all bull shit about to much protein is gonna run right through and do and do nothing. You need protein, high carbs, good fats and calories to grow.
People wonder why it takes years to gain muscle is because there diet and knowledge is shit

This is amazing!
I'll admit you've got a pretty decent peak on your bicep but im going to guess you're round about 75kg?
Try adding decent mass month in month out when you get up to about 100kg+ and you will find that you WILL need more of everything.
Alot of moderate calorie/ protein intakes are all fair and well for those just starting out but to really notice some real gains in size and strength then you need more. Fact.

It's certainly not a 'fact' that ultra high protein is needed for gaining muscle beyond a certain threshold, even if you're on gear as Kieran appears to be. Would you care to provide any evidence of this?

Is it classed as good in body building circles to have a bicep that looks like that?
Looks like a tumour.
