1. Get back into kayaking
2. Change my lifestyle to not work away my twenties!
3. Back in the gym
4. Quit smoking if I can finally find some will power
5. Do one new thing every week
Tbh the only ones I care about are 1,2 and 5

New year resolutions are to go on Facebook less and stop sit down weeing.

I'm sure I've done that pass climb on the mountain bike last year as a connecting road to somewhere. Very grim.

Always loved driving over this! Hardknott and wry use too.
Went up this in my 1L b once it almost rolled backwards
If your ever riding up there have a little look for cockney beck on the map it great for a swim!
Don't envy you having to ride up it though!

Which coast to coast are you on about? Liverpool to Hornsea? If so I can't see it being done in 1 day?! I've done it over 4, 2 would be a tough challenge.

Seascale to Whitby, 152 miles, 15000ft of climbing
Liverpool to Hornsea is a much easier coast to coast as the climbing is 75% lower
It is definitely possible in a day

Having gotten back on bike for the first time in years last Sept my initial resolution was to be cycling 100km by summer.....
Just did a 74km cycle yesterday... So I may have to reconsider my goals!
