so it was totally his fault then, and was done for dangerous driving in the end.

the reason he got caught was because the car wouldnt move and i think someone phoned the police so it went from there......if he had moved the car and the police wernt called then noone would be any wiser

Very Drunk and thanks for the support people it is very much appreciated i know it sounds like i got off heavily but i could have gotten trial of speed which would not have been good the witness' made it out a lot worse so im very lucky!!!! quite happy with what i got as my co-accused whom they originally had no evidence for has now been given trial of speed and a £300 fine pleading guilty helped and apparently looking smart and being sincere also helped!!!
