It's not neglected!! It's just not been repaired.

It's kept indoors in heated storage and when it's outside it has a cover to protect it from the elements.

Nah, it's a show car so there's no need to rush to get it back on the road. It's condition (broken into) hasn't deteriorated, so it's not being neglected
