kerry dont rise to it cocka, hes just a figure in a big machine, ppl above him tell him what to do when they want it doing and how they want it doing

and they cant actually do what they've done, if a company considers terminating your contract like that they've atleast got to offer for u to come back to work before they do it

I'd seek advice n go from there.

Shouldn't matter how long ya off for, if on medical grounds, as long as you are able to return, they can try to pay you off, and say dun bother coming back. Some companies know what they can n can not do, but sum try their luck n go beyond that line in hopes that u can't be bothered to contest it.

I'd say go for a payout, and a written apology, so that it can be shown to future employers.

they can terminate you if your not able to come back but if you are able to come back then they cannot. if your off cause your depressed etc then I doubt they could fire you. I would seek advice.

i cant understand why you cant go to work but have piss ups at your house, go to meets and stuff? if you were really ill you would not want to do anything.
