I manage to do the old hospital mission first time  but played it safe after seeing the posts about it on here
managed to kill the gang members fairly easy but nearly die when the cops came busting in. I started shooting them down one by one but then thought 'feck it' and ran straight out... I nearly got hammered by the last cop guarding the door as he had a shot gun. My heath was in the red and one more shot would have finished me off!!!
I managed to run and jump into the pickup truck... took about 5 mins to get the cops off my back as the truck is slow as fuck....
but hen nearly killed myself as I wasnt concentrating and nearly caused a head on which would have seen me fly through the windscreen and GAME OVER
that is the hardest mission so far...

the bank job is the best mission so far for me, although i couldnt see where i was goin in the subway as the sun was on the tv screen
