General issues are very difficult and unless you have a point to put direct to Adam in the first instance I'm unlikely to be able to act.

Although the staff structure is technically a hierarchy with Tim and I at the top and everyone else underneath, at the end of the day issues between mods and the posters in the forums over which they moderate are entirely outside of my control until all other lines of solution are exhausted.

Total waste of effort and IMO very difficult to avoid unless we actually get to the root of the problem rather than just a lazy lynch mob.
