i know it can be done Ally

2 main things:

- would be a hell of a lot of work in terms of plumbing etc
- would more than likely knock value off the property

good luck with that

Can be done Dave, but im talking years down the line

Alot of the old mining houses have converted now

Its a hell of alot of work to get the plumbing moved upstairs if their isnt any up there already. Can be done though, but probably lose value on the house than having it downstairs and with 3 bedrooms.

Plans are, convert smallest bedroom to bathroom

Loft to be converted into bedroom

Bathroom downstairs to be made into a study, or knocked through

house all the way
studio's are too cramped
flats also have the problem of too many neighbours around you
I have a end terrace with a drive for about 4 cars and I have just finished some concreting for my garage!
that should put a few k on the price of the house
I reckon around 130k 2 bed

you would need a proper waste pipe coming in/out from outside and into the drains, so there is some exterior work there. Then you'll need to take the hot/cold from downstairs up, so you'll have some floor and wall work needed in a couple of rooms atleast. And this is before an immersion work, etc.

As said, its easily done but it'll be a bit of hassle with the amount of work and probably cost a fair amount due to the work not just being in one room.

Yeh i appreciate that, its not somthing i want done immediatley, or that needs doing its more of a desirable

For my price range im going to have to comprimise somewhere, and having a bathroom downstairs and needing a bit of decoration is a million times better than damp and dry rot in the whole upstairs of the house!!!!!

my balls could make a nice slapping sound against your arse.............

I will come live with you and we can split the cost down the middle, only if we have sex constantly whilst we are together in our 'love nest'

will be a fair distance to commute to work for me every day but im sure the sex will be worth it!

You dig?
