Hate the normal Corsa D. But really like a lot of the details on this. Headlights still ruin the front for me. And not keen on the random orange bits on the VXR interior - Stereo knobs, window switches etc

i tried a quote on a 1.4 sxi and it came out at 1200 a year which isnt too bad seeing i have no no claims and an accident, the vxr is only a 1.6 though so it shouldt be too much more should it? then again as soon as i say turbo itll be time for the ky lol tempted to just get a diesel astra tbh

I even have 4 pot brakes on my mountain bike - and floating discs for better heat dissipation.

My friend drove the new corsa VXR on Monday. It was some sort of secret training day their work offered, but paid by Vauxhall. Lucky git! Didnt have much to say about the corsa but he raved on about the Astras Vxr 4x4 handling and performance!

Sadly no pics as cameras and phones where banned.

Well he drove a 4x4 prototype so i believe its true. Also power is either 260bhp or 360bhp, cant remember.
Also they had a race with Astra VXR, Monaro VXR and Corsa VXR. Astra blew the Monaro on the straight

Although it was rumoured at the time to be in preparation for a soft roader / MPV concept.
Vauxhall must be acutely aware than their big power FWD cars need 4x4 though. Interesting if its going to happen. If I were Vauxhall I would be doing something ,especially in light of the fact that the Focus shares the chassis with some Volvo stuff, some of which is already four wheel drive. Vauxhall are not as close in that regard.
