It's all good and dandy saying "Simple" ... But get more than 6 people, cos thats not gunna attract anyone .. Unless people bring their mates.
Also, Lol, major meeting jus sounds a bad idea

Closest meet to my house was about 30 miles away!
Im willing to travel, thats why I'd rather have it somewhere practical rather than close to home

You'll need to save your own post code first.

To make it more simple, matt and dan organise the main meet.
Smaller meets can be organised between ourselfs
Everyone agree?

We don't disclose postcodes, only use them to work out distances for. There is no way that anyone can work out where you are. Just put the centre of the post region if you don't want it to be accurate to the district, ie. L1 for centre of Liverpool, M1 for centre of Manchester etc.
ps. place name is Castleford.
You read the topped thread, right?
Meet is at Holywell Leisure Park, Park Road, Glasshoughton, Castleford, West Yorkshire WF10 4RS

My main point was the 2nd bit about the smaller meets. If you have nothing good to say go and bother somone else
Edit: that was for jazzer

Lets not get personal.
I think its clear a few people haven't read the post given that even after I shouted like a nark at Gaz, Basscrazy is still asking for the post code and place name.

Being honest, thats hardly the end of your street, which is why you should probably get a first Sunday meet nearer you in March, April, May, whatever. You'll wait a while though. The meet needs to visit further afield before it returns west again.
166.2 for me. I could pick you up on the way from the centre of your post code region and it would only add 20 miles to the journey.

Yes, but it makes sense to co-operate with the organisers so that we don't have 2 meets in the same place twice in a month etc
Just a few guidelines to follow
If you're organising something try & decide the dates & times etc first. If you were reading this thread for the first time now it would be very confusing!
Also car parks on a Saturday are a bad idea!
