cavs do have oil coolers btw dude, they've prob just cut the hoses and left it on the car like normal scrappies lol

lol those bolts are arp bolt to stud converters, when you remove the head you replace the bolts with those studs.

UPDATE BUSS:

Removed the rocker cover and belt cover today to clean up, sand and prime!
Checked the Cams as well, look in good condi and they move and the pressure is still there
