I managed to get rid of my purple and dark brown, didn't manage blonde, will have to use bleach for that, but I like this colour.

Yeah but I just bought the stripper and my sister did it, easy enough to do, if you have a very dark colour though, it comes out like carrot orange good job I got a dye too!!

Im to scaired to have it strippped, dont want 2 damage my hair, and ive been dark and tried to go blonde again with terrible results lol...I dont want 2 let my blonde roots grow in so i look like a twat, so I went and got a light brown so that gradually i can go lighter..would that work? lol

Yeah. Mine was really dark with a purple on the top too, not easy to get rid of purple as it has a reddy base. I used Rusk I.D. Elimin8 which you can buy at Hair & Salon Wholesalers, it has made my hair softer rather than ruin it. Just make sure you have a colour to go on afterwards as it will come out bright orange. If you wanna go back blonde, get a bleach rather than just a colour.
