he dont even talk to me which yes, in some ways is a good thing, but then if i where boss, i would atleast ask how my staff/workers are, even more so if one of them had jsut been of for a week to look after his new son and mum shows what a total looser, prik shit, twat cunt he is

yes thats right deano, its not hard to ask someone "are you ok ? how was it etc etc... even people here i dis-like im still polite too
and it does make a diffrence to your day, makes you feel more positive, and get on with the day being happy THUS more productive

Agreed.
Come Saturday though, the toilet was blocked (of which we only have 1) and they wouldn't pay for a 24hour company to come out and sort it, thus I had to hold a wee wee for 3 hours. These Spar franchise owners are tight.
