he has just got hold of me, has been busy at work and has appologised for not contacting.

He is arranging delivery with paisely delivery service off of ebay and is paying them via paypal tonight. they will be sent off in the next 2 working days.

so fingers crossed.

Guess What

No contact since friday 1st where he said deliver would be arranged and he was paying the delivery that night via paypal. could be two working days said the company apparently!

now hes not replying again!

I have told him today via text that if he doesnt get hold of me very soon, that i will contact the police as that is what i have been advised to do.

NO way would i give up, follw it up until u either get what you payed for, get your money back or press charges for fraud.If this little tard gets away with ripping everyone off, hes up ALOT of money...money you lot probably worked hard for.
