When I was at college a mate of mine was hacking it down some country lane, dog stepped out in the road and he struck its head at 60ish
Poor lady walking her dog was devestated then what made things worse she had to pick the bill up for the bumper and head lamp....

Wether you like an animal or dont like an animal, you do not have reason to harm someones pet, because you "hate" them.
We have 6 cats, If i caught you kicking, pulling one of their tails, or doing anything else they cant defend themselves against, id have no problem pounding your fucking head into the concrete, getting my car, driving over you, and dumping your aching body in a damp field for the crows.
Fucking pigs, you're not better than those who vandalise peoples cars, or stab elderly people.
Again to the original poster, you should have watched your speed, if you're familiar with the area, if its a built up area you can pretty expect something to run out, wether its an animal or a two year old

Agree its not the fact its just a "cat" for all you know that Cat could be an old persons only friend, or mean the world to someone, so it isnt just a fukin cat is it ?

so, as we've established cats run off to die somewhere after you hit them, if this is the case how are you supposed to go and get a tag to report it to the owner if the cats fucked off somewhere?
this happened to me about a year ago, i was driving down a 40mph at 40 at about 2am, cat ran in front of me, i hit the anchors and clipped it at about 20mph with my front bumper. my mate in the car behind said he saw it run off at full pelt. we stopped and looked for it, but with it being dark it was nowhere to be found. what other steps should i have taken?
