not much happening lately - been away on holiday, and now wedding plans are taking up a lot of my time, never mind money!!

today job was to get the lights, grill, bonnet pin stalks, bonnet catch spring and the two vin type plates off the slam panel and get it painted - it was looking awful scabby.

before

primer

couple of coats of flame red

and all finished, laquered and unmasked

made a carbon plate to replace the non-vin one, letraset is still to arrive, and fixed them down with some more annodised bolts

ordered yet more anndised fixings for the lights and bonnet pins.

next job is to give the light recesses a coat of hammerite and fit new headlight clips.

im little ashamed to say its poverty spec rattle cans mate. its not going to be a show car or anything so it'll do for me. happy with the result though - dead flat.

been ages since ive updated this. not had much time to do anyything with it, plus the fact im STILL living in a seperate house from it doesnt help.

still, ive managed to finally fit my lower springs. i was never happy with the way the 60/40 B10 kit made it sit. it looked very average.

anyway, new pics.

thats about it for now. i dare say ther will be another average update in another 6 months!

youre the 2nd person to ask me that no, theyre 100% real. must be a gay looking weave or maybe just because theyre really shiney, but they are real.
