Whats your diet like? By the sounds of it, we're a very similar build, pretty much lifting the same too.

"1) Work chest, triceps and shoulders on the same day, and biceps and back on the same day so that it's ok if the secondary muscles get worked that day, because your doing them anyway.
2) Separate those muscles that work a secondary muscle so that they are far enough apart not to overtrain you"

nooo my dad aint like that, hes stayed natural, and wants me to aswell, even though he did a course when he was in his teens, but that was it he said, wouldnt want me to do it but he said if i did then get good gear as you will know if you have shit stuff, cause alot of problems fake gear can...

a few mates of mine have gone on a few courses of dbol, seem to have gained a fair amount, but really do need to eat alot! sleep alot! and train hard! to see decent gains from them, any steroid in fact..

one gained around 1.3 stone in 6 weeks, lost about 6lb when finished course but still kept aound 11lb which is very good obviously within 6 weeks..

but another mate is on test and seen quite good gains off that...

Was reading that link you put up, and they seem to think with a decent diet...

"You can be gaining 5-8 pounds a month!"

That's quite a bit without steroids imo. Very hard when you're metabolism is shite.

Doing legs day before squash would be worst call ever!
Whittie, i'd ask the question on a more specialised forum.
You said you haven't put much weight on since December, have you plateau'd with the weights you are lifting as well? If so try changing your routine up a bit, chin-ups with widening grips to mix it up a bit and dips, awesome exercises if you not already doing them.

Legs ache 2 days after I do them, so wouldn't be doing that.
I have posted elsewhere mate, just wanted to see mixed opinions, i know there's a few personal trainers on here etc..
I am still raising weight mate, always try and get that "last rep"
Grips were supper wide on pull ups today.

Really have no idea why my weight hasn't moved since early December. I've not changed anything, my diet is the same, if not better. Plus i'm doing less cardio.

You've actually answered your own question, mix it up a bit and don't have a set order of what you eat and when, just eat the foods you normally do in different orders and maybe eat a little bit more if you feel upto it.

Also more sleep and less time at the gym, although you think your not working certain muscles by doing a different group, your working them as secondary muscles, and pushing more blood/chemicals through the muscle fibres.

Also, how tall are you and what is your general skeleton/stature like? have you always been very thin/light? Or does your weight and build fluctuate depending on your habits?

J Da Silva - if you asking me, i would say im a meduim build, bone wise. But im not naturally big(built) no.
