When I worked days I used the company canteen.
Now I am on nights, I usually eat my breakfast at 4pm, eat lunch at 7pm and have dinner in work. Nearly always home-made and microwaved. Sometimes it will be a ready meal from CO-OP. On a Friday night I treat myself to a Chinese takeaway in work.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
