I think its time for a competition at todays seminar. Not done it for a while.
Everyone weighs themselves before then you go to the seminar and stuff your face with sandwiches, crisps, pastries, cake etc. so you end up sitting there at the back of the seminar slipping in and out of a food induced coma.
Then come back upstairs, weigh in and see who has put on the most weight

andy is back in the game, temporarily at least. got some CCTV equipment through afew days ago that was wrong, finally got their tech support guy to understand and the replacement part came today.....the exact same part as the one we already have
so rob is sorting that out

City is dry, train strike today on pretty much everything coming into liverpool street so I came into Moorgate today, proper ghetto.

Moorgate, that stations lovley So much room, so clean. Still, they have a "chocolate shop" upstairs so not so bad.
