It's about the right price for this area tbh, plus it's a small village with millions of buses to Oxford seeing as it's a 5 minute trip away.

I have this windows PC that takes at least 10-15 minutes to load before its useful. It will get to the desktop within 3 minutes but nothing will work until 10-15 minutes later. IDEAS?

take it you've been into msconfig and stopped everything unneccessary from running on startup?

Ctrl + Shift + Esc and see if there are conflicting processes. If one of them is using up silly amounts of CPU time when it shouldn't be then there is most likely a conflict.
