How long have you worked where you are?
You will be able to get a personal illness/accident/etc policy for the future but they'll look at your current problem and will either not give it for this in the future or will up the premium because of it


Been here since july 20th if it makes any odds.

I guessed i couldnt get covered for this this is why "whiplash" claims piss me off.

You should be able to get SSP. It's only £79.15 a week and not payable for the first 3 days but better than nothing

anyone having issues with facebook?

just gone to go on it and it takes me to a spanish facebook page but no other sites i go on are in spanish so is it just some weird facebook problem

Agency workers can still get it so don't see why it should be any different. There's loads of stuff on the direct gov website you can read through

AFAIK you can't be in a permanent position and contracting it's either one or the other

how do you pay tax mike? if they pay nic & paye for you then surely your classed as employed therefore can claim ssp i would of thought
