I like this one as i never think "inside the box" which seems to be what most people are doing, however "Fresh" could be portrayed as anything

In a sense yeah, but cash write offs are a pain as i have to download the ledgers then find original document dates for all of the cash sitting there that stupid people have moved all over the system = booooooooring and loooooooooooong
It's also tempting to right it off to my bank account when we get large cash amounts instead of the profit centre

Invoice ones are easy as i make them provide all the info and if some is missing they get a nice REJECTED email

ahhh mines easy i just make up invoices and no one knows for ours, if its on a clients job just gets shoved to the dla
