So by your reckoning I must not be British too as I too was born in another country, even though I am a British national.

Ignorant fools.

if he was ill why did his family let him fuck off and smuggle drugs, drug smuggling should result in death because when the drugs get there is can result in more crime and death.

As far as the death penalty I would rather we have it and very few innocent people die and lots of guilty people get killed for there crimes as im sure it would save more people e.g some one getting sent to prison and getting realised and killing again when they get out

The simple fact is, if we brought back the death penalty, then chances are crime would reduce anyway. As I don't think most folk would want to die.

I suppose you're right, because all states in American still uphold the death penalty.

Which is why crime rates are represented as a figure of crimes per 100,000 citizens.

Then get the data by state.

Red means death penalty:

Dark means more violent crime:

Then human rights would come into it, some guy called araba hkjdfhkh that bombed everyone would just get a £30 fine and 2 hours community service, whilst a born and bred uk guy that pinged the araba hkjdfhkh guy on the ear would get life in jail and kicked on the face, with no TV in his cell.

The country you are born in = your nationality does it not?

Kerry Katona likes to use it as an excuse for the fact she's a junkie, she drives me barmy. It doesn't leave you "having no clue what's going on" as Dizzy said. People are able to live with it daily and know right from wrong. Along the road from me, a lad with Schizophrenia(a known case) butchered his mother. He'll still go to a state hospital because even ill people live by consequences.

Nationality means the country you are a citizen of.

In my case, I was born in Australia but I am now a British citizen hence I am a British national. If I wanted to I could have dual citizenship so I could be both a British AND an Australian citizen.

Do a Google search or look on Wikipedia if you are still not convinced what is defined as nationality - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nationality

As with most things in life, there is a South Park episode that can be used as a public information broadcast:
