A period of exceptionally heavy snowfall is expected with accumulations of 15-30 cm and perhaps in excess of 40 cm. This is expected to cause widespread disruption to the transport network and could lead to problems with power supplies.
The public are advised to take extreme care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.

Astra hasn't moved in weeks. Well before Xmas, I turn it over now and again and move it back and forward to make sure the brakes haven't seized on.
Like fuck I'm taking it out in this, totally pointless.

I know yeh I can imagine how much of a handful they are to drive in these conditions...and also its not just that its the fact some old bint in a fiesta could crash into you quite easily.

I haven't actually, it was something that was studied at school in History, although they teach it on alternate years and our year missed out and we ended up doing the Wall Street Crash of 1929 and I ended up getting thrown out of my History class for force feeding the PC a tuna sandwich and when moved to the front my mate farted and I got the blame.
