how far is the lock up from your house? far rather a short drive before going out on it, then it being damaged or worse so you cant use it at all.........

i do understand your point, you shouldnt have to move it, but thats the world we live in

Its about 2.5 miles away, its just an argo driving there, un-locking, rolling up the shutters to get the bike out and in the summer i use it for work I wouldnt want to drive there first

What's the law with using these? I'll give you an example:

Live in a cul-de-sac, and opposite our house is a green, and got stupid young chavvy teenagers causing trouble all the time, would I be able to hook one of these up and use it against them?

you need to have avisible sign saying that you have cctv monitoring for the recordings to be used against someone iirc.

Thought the camera only worked when it detected movement...

So you can view the live feed all the time but that currently isn't recording unless it picks up movement and then vid will be saved to disc / hd?

It only records when it detects movement, the feed is live.
