How did you get yours inactive? I've been given a new drug which should mean I can come off the steroids but I'm dubious about taking it at the moment while I'm building up my appetite as it can make you sick, I don't want to go through that again.

Getting there.
Had been suffering in smaller bouts since the new year but came to a head Tuesday morning and I had to go to hospital first thing.
Nil by mouth for 4 days, been on morphine and steroids by drip. Managed to get well enough to come out Friday then the twats came and fed me something I shouldn't have had and was rushed back in Friday night with severe heartburn/gastro reflux which was making me sick.
I've been in my bed ever since eating dry low fibre foods and drinking water. Pain has gone off but bit worried about eating too much at the moment.
