thats not too bad. the mrs family is buying our sofa and bed and my dad has given me 2 grand to buy all the other stuff, so should be ok.
the current owners have a huge samsung american style fridge/freeze and wasn't sure whether they were keeping it or leaving it so need to find out, but they are leaving the dishwasher and wash machine which is handy
