Yep...I reckon so.....probs take them ages to get it back tho.

They were offered flights to Madrid instead at £2k each!!!!! But decided against it because they'd just be stuck there instead.

Don't think they will be too bothered tho tbh. They'll hopefully find a nice hotel and enjoy a holiday extension!!

They are lucky they've no worries about affording accom for a few more nights....imagine if you were on a budget.....

Local BBC radio is fucking stupid. Have posted a woman at Luton airport in case there is any more news.

Not sure what they don't get about 'planes cannot fly until tomorrow earliest'.

I think were in a radio blackspot anyway with regards to ground control until we get in a good bit, only radio contact exists between the chopper & the platform!!

I was stuck on last trip due to fog, if I get heald back now due to a volcano then ive officially seen it all!!

No flights till 1300 at the earliest, so there goes our flights...

Slight glimmer of hope that they might allow flights to the us from n.ireland and w.scotland. Hopefully they'll start allowing stuff from manchester tomorrow. I'd hope that they'd get any flights they could out of the way as soon as possible. Who knows i guess.

Gotta check at 3am to find out anything else

The alternative is they allow you on a plane which might crash. I would be waiting personally.

I did see a formation of 5 or 6 Cesnas earlier fly over Reading, was very very strange.
