A little bit more money but you know a better M car http://pistonheads.com/sales/2231450.htm who needs 4 seats
Don't you start this is all basically Fads fault if we throw you in the mix I'll be the weirdo with no fixed address and lots of bmws
Do the 2 seater again whilst you can; will drive so much better than the e36. I almost bought one before my last zm and it really didnt feel as good as the other M cars ive owned. Im just jelous as im going the wrong way down the BMW range and cant se an M car in sight anytime soon!

M3 Jambo I can see why your bored ish of the Clio, it's a great little car but the E36 is a quick and solidly built motor. If I was getting one though I'd want to have a grand in the savings for when it goes wrong plus maybe spend a grand on sorting worn bushes/brakes etc there getting long in the tooth now.

I would imagine the owner of the said car would have kept ontop of bushes etc, even if not theyre are cheap and easy enough to repair.
The only thing id be worried about is the Vanos, again i would have thought it would be maintained to the correct standards.

Bit different if you are saving together for a life purchase of a house
And if I spunked a wad of cash on a car I would feel terrible if together it meant we couldnt pay the bills one month...
But anyway, enough from grandad over here I would love to buy Jambo's clio, I love the colour and could do with breaking the 100bhp mark (not been over this in 5 years ) but my Astra has been so reliable I dont dare sell it

Come back when you have a long term partner and REAL priorities.
I said it once, ill say it again. Keep the Clio, the novelty will wear off after a few months.

Err no thanks Eck I'm not a fan of Evos at all. Fair play if you are but I couldn't sit in that interior for longer than 5minutes.
