Got Kumho KH17's as I loved the KU31's I had on the Ibiza
The wet understeer which I was putting down to the baldness still seems to be there though

I discovered the secret to getting roads resurfaced, get the council to drive there
There's a road I use most days that has been breaking up for years, get's potholes repaired then there's more the next week etc
They recently finished building a new council office there and now all the roads around it have been completely relaid (Mike got stuck in the roadworks whilst they were being done)

I drive across one of the bigger council estates in newport (not the biggest) to get home and it has one of the worst B roads I've ever seen, and this is carrying busy traffic all day including trucks etc. You have to drive down the middle of it, I don't see it ever getting repaired, so I tend to go the long way if I can

I was talking to the guy fitting them this morning and he said they struggle to get the Kumho's so he reccomends blackcircles (which is who I'd used) as at least he still gets paid for fitting them

Oh thats what they were doing
Seems to be the thing though, anyone who works for the council/close to council buildings gets stuff done. We had a really bad pothole on our road, could fit the whole wheel in it. Surprise surprise it was fixed a few days later as it was outside the mayor's house (my neighbour )

Um...Probably. We left the way you said I would have come, that odd roundabout, but the road was shut, then the car started making funny squeeking noises on the front right wing then pulled into a petrol station that was shut on sundays and had some scary man come out and stare at me
