I'm stuck at 11.6, havent put on anything in weeks
Jake how long have you been training for ? I have only just started using 18kg for curling, 22.5 is quite daunting !
You using any gear or just good diet ?

From the stuff I've read you should be having about 320g Mike
I'm sure Jake will correct me but 2g of protein for every lb of body weight in order to gain

about that yeh. its alot easier to stick to that rule when you weigh 100lbs though.
carbs are just as important in gaining weight aswell

I'm similar (Put on a bit of weight and now i've hit a barrier) Put on just short of a stone in 6 weeks, well in 4 weeks and havn't moved since then.
I use 18s too, but going to move up to 20s today, its arms & chest day, see how it goes.

quote: If you DO NOT have the reminder...
Enter the Vehicle Registration Mark (number plate) AND the Document Reference Number. This number can be found on the front of the Registration Document/Certificate (also known as the Logbook).
