Try listening to the galaxy radio station in scotland. The djs are shit and are about as funny as a week in the jail and all thats ever played is the top 10 constantly.

Yes, He may be smarter than Sara Cox, Scott Mills and 100% smarter than Vernon Kay (did he do breakfast  )... Chris Moyles is prob my most fav, least fav of the Radio1 numpties. I still think he's had his time though.
But... as you said his goons are far from back up. They play a big part in 'his' show... Chris Moyles is the front man if you like.
I really think the BBC need to stop dumbing down Radio1. You either have to be a 10-15yrs old or a bit vacant in the head to like their prime time broadcasts (my opinion).
Yeah all those I listed have covered him on breakfast at one point or another & I agree hes had his time at R1 though I'd love to see him move onto radio 2 so we could see him play a more varied selection of music. I would not be surprised if this happens in the next two years.
Couldn't agree more about the prime time shows though, Greg James is about the only bearable one other than Moyles on Mon-Thur time slots. I do like it when Hugh covers Greg though, but dislike his night shows.

I used to like Xfm but they dick around with the dj's too much and it's only really worth listening to for Dave Berry as he's a Funny mofo, but it's a constant fear they have swooped the time slots again and before you know it you have accidentally tuned in when Ian Campfield was on and you literally have 30 seconds before you become an involuntary narcoleptic. The man doesn't only lack carisma he lacks a pulse.
I'd smash Fearne I dint listen to her radio show so she hasn't annoyed me at all.
Adverts are what annoys me most. Oh and the kings of Leo

Can't stand Scott Mills, couldn't say why but i just can't listen too him. Such a complete prat.
Oh and Chris Evans, one of the blokes at work insists on putting radio 2 on every morning and its just hateful. Genuinely can't stand the man and the amount of crap he rattles on about it ridiculous.

Galaxy FM - Scotland. Unbelievably terrible.
Also the fact that radio 1 completely fucked about with dance music a couple f years back putting Judge Jules to a Friday night at 11pm which is fucking shite. Jules used to be 7pm on a saturday for the weekend warmup and it was great for geting you in the mood before you went out.
But hey , all in the name of black music.
