My Arosa's a TDI, I've always filled that to the top every fill up.

My Vectra, £60 in the fuel tank, still not full!!! On LPG though, £20 FULL. Thank you very much!!! (shame it doesn't work right now).

A friend fills his up like every 2 days for £5

Says he cant afford a whole tank

The amount of fuel he must waste a month driving to and from petrol stations must be about an entire tank

I only fill my cars up if im going to use most of the petrol that/next day.

Dont like filling it up because if it gets stolen they have futher to drive before they need to stop for petty in theory. Whereas if it has no juice they will have to stop at a local petty which has cameras etc.

Kind of makes sense to me

Brim the fucker once every 2 weeks ish. about 340 miles to a tank.

Extra weigh the extra weigh of a full tank over £20 is probly less than the weigh of a 10 year old

I am going to brim my tank purely so I have some weight over the rear wheels which will hopefully give me a chance of some traction in this weather!

How do you get 'shit' in the bottom of your fuel tank? Do you drive around with the cap off in really dusty conditions?

usually put £20 a time in, don't use the car much so.....
Also if there is low fuel won't it evaporate faster than a full tank, as there is more room for the gas?
