no, 20k is his redundancy package silly.

On a similar note, we have not had pay rises for the last 3 years and even had a 5% pay cut.
We have been promised a raise at the end of January, but my guess it wont be our 5% back or even any compensation.

I'm either just not getting the above or I was right.

1 months pay for every year there. 12 years = 12 months. Redundany = £20k = 12 months pay


Yeah i did those sums too.

Not a bad redundancy package though, take it and get another job... done deal.

Stat minimum for someone ojc's age is pretty much one week per year @ £370 per week

22k basic with quarterly bonuses of 2k OTE but that wouldnt be included in redundancy.

For me thats good, remember I left school at 16 with no further education
