Awesome, what you hitting at the gym tonight ? Killed my chest yesterday, Arms and Back today, might try and fit in shoulders and some cardio tomorrow, Arms and Back Thursday then a mad Chest rampage on friday. Weekend free

dont know tbh, probably arms as i have bin doing push ups since not going so chest is so so atm still nothing liike how it was few months back oh how i miss that.

Im probably going to need to speak to you about all that still
just realised the price for the petrol wasnt as bad as i was expecting for a 2600mile journey would be around £500-600 depending on the weight of my right foot.
