I don't do VF in the HES mate, someone else does those. I do loads of stuff really, VAs, refractions, low vision assessments, complex contact lens fittings,
post-op cataract clinics and I work along side a couple of the Consultants regarding ARMD and lucentis injections etc...quite interesting really.

so you are a locum then? not really much different to a specsavers optometrist you just work in smaller places that possibly take more care, its a very interesting job

No, I'm not a locum, I'm employed fully between the three places.
The fact that you said 'you just work in a smaller place that possibly
takes more care' sums up exactly what I meant by "not the 'SpecSavers' type"
Surely wherever you go to have your eyes tested should give you the same level of care
regarding your eyes?
