I tend not to have much left over TBH as I write a weekly menu and only buy what we need

I just bought Laura a mixer thing and a couple of books and she loves it now. That's pretty much her sunday afternoon thing

Have you got an insurance certificate saying the insurance came into effect today at 001 ?

If yes, then go out and drive, if you get tugged they'll give you a producer and you have 7 days to take it to the cop shop.

No, if you have bought it and have a ref: then i'd just drive. As Joe said they'll call your insurance company, check, issue a producer for documents. Not that bad.
