Adrien Brody is just a bit wimpy looking.

Brody toned up for the role, but there is no bulk.

Powers are taken more or less directly from the comics I believe:

Also, I think it adds suspense that many characters have both a defensive and an offensive power.

I do like First Class, but it annoys me that they can not decide if they want to have all the movies on the same storyline or on separate storylines. The finished picture gets a bit muddy.
Good casting in the new one though.

Sucker Punch - Extended Edition

Really did not care for this when I saw it at the opening.
The extended edition plus knowing what to expect makes me like it more though. Visuals and audio is top notch.

Wathced Hall Pass last night, was ok, mrs liked it I think, best bit for me was when she shit up the wall probably - 7/10

Last few days I've seen
Gangs of New York - Acting and cinematically wise I thought it was great but IMO the story didn't live up to it 6/10
Ninja Assassin - I thought this was brilliant. Completely over the top and the comic book style blood was great 8/10
G.I. Joe - Completely rediculous but worth a watch if there's nothing else - 5/10
Moon - Not what I was expecting but quite good - 6.5/10

Day & Knight 6/10 - an OK film, watchable and good action scenes I thought.
Devil 4/10 - crap film, wasn't even remotely scarey and no pay off ending, dissapointed.
