jesus christ
lovely cars.
the r8 is stunning.
when they first came out as i thought they looked a bit too much like a tt. i wasn't keen on them. but seeing them on the road, they are nothing like audi tt's and have a distinct look of there own.
very nice.
tom is a cunt.

Everyone look old in the pics, thats the problem, everyone waits until they are old and dying before they get their dream cars.
too busy worrying about mpg and diesels in your 20's is a good route to that

most people in their 20's don't earn enough to buy exotica or classics that needs thousands chucked at them to restore.

Any more info on the Miura you restored?
Surely someone who is restoring old cars should appreciate a car for what it is, not purely based on how it fares on modern roads. Any Triumphs or old MGs you seen on the roads today are likely to have been meticulously looked after or restored and are generally a credit to loving owners, who although not rich enough to own Miura's, still impoverish themselves for the opportunity to provide living history and nostalgia for those that see them. The roads would be a damn sight more boring if everyone conformed to Micras or other modern soul-less crap.
